Dear Reader, I have a confession. Everyday, I push aside my handmade quilt, climb out of bed, thrown on the fluffy yellow slippers I made when I was in high school, whip up a quick latte with my latte super cute pattern of the week, and immediately get on the computer. What am I doing you wonder? I’m gawking. I gawk at food, I gawk at dwellings, I even gawk at weddings. But what I gawk at most is crafts.
Yes, I confess to my sin of craft gawking. My name is Mabelle Pennyweather and I am a craftgawker. I just can’t stop myself. I gawk in the morning, I gawk in the evening, I gawk at work whenever my hard-nosed boss steps out of the office. Sometimes I even dream about gawking. And once, though I’m not proud to admit this, I cut a date with a really nice guy short, just so that I could go home and get a few hours of gawking in before bed.
That is why I am so happy that I can gawk from my iPhone now. I don’t have to worry about internet filters at work. I don’t have to cut romantic encounters short either. Gawking has never been this easy. In fact, I am gawking as I write this.
